Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers great views towards the financial district and is perfect for exploring old school New York with plenty of nearby restaurants. The rooms are cozy but a bit noisy, lacking cabinets or closets, yet perfect for enjoying the iconic view. The service is exceptional, with solicitous and professional staff. Dining options are limited, but the location is ideal for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. Overall, a good value stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms, although small as expected in NYC, were well-appointed and stylish with a nice city view. The service was super friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring both old-school and trendy areas of New York. The dining offered fresh and tasty options, but with limited choices. The hotel facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were compact but had all I needed, with lovely bathrooms and great views. The outstanding service made my stay truly special, although using the guest elevators could get a bit busy. The location was perfect for exploring Lower East Side and within walking distance to SoHo and the Village. The dining options were high standard, offering a choice of yogurt parfait or pastries in the morning.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed and a great shower, and we had a good amount of space for our week-long stay. The location near Essex subway was spot on, with comfy beds and pretty interiors. However, the area was a bit tricky to navigate on the subway after 8.30pm.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while a bit cozy, were very comfortable and had a nice atmosphere. The location was excellent, near exciting attractions and great dining options. The service was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. However, the view from the 'High Floor' wasn't what I expected, and the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited options.
The hotel rooms were beautiful and cozy, though a bit dark with temperature regulation issues, which was unexpected based on my reservation. The service was professional and the staff were eager to assist, making my stay pleasant and comfortable. The location was excellent, allowing me to experience the best of New York and offering convenient access to Soho and Lower East Side. The dining experience, although better than most, had limited options. The hotel facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
Staying at The Ludlow for 5 nights with our teenage daughter in a Ludlow Double room was a mix of great views but cramped space. The room, though small, had a very good size bathroom with a shower, a coffee machine for a complimentary cup of coffee, and a wider variety mini bar than expected. The balcony had lovely loungers with table and chairs to enjoy a nice glass of wine, overlooking the hustle and bustle below on the street.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely decorated but quite small, making it a bit challenging to move around, especially with lots of luggage. The lobby area had a vibrant atmosphere, but the actual room size was smaller than expected from the pictures.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with a breathtaking view of downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist, though a slight miss on some details. The location is superb, surrounded by fabulous shops and eateries, making exploration a delight. Dining was enjoyable, especially the hand-cut steaks, but could use a bit more variety. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a beautiful neighborhood, perfect for both business and pleasure. The rooms were incredibly spacious for New York, tastefully decorated, and featured a comfortable bed and balcony. However, the room was very small and had a tiny queen bed, hardly enough for two.
